Oct. 18, 2010 -- OECS Government Ministers responsible for the Environment will for the first time gather in Nevis for their annual meeting.  The one-day meeting will be held on Wednesday October 20, 2010 at the Mount Nevis Hotel.

OECS Secretariat, St. Lucia -- October 14, 2010 --  The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Secretariat in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation’s (ILO’s) sub-regional Office for the Caribbean, will from 14th - 15th October, 2010 undertake a technical mission to Grenada to provide support to the implementation of the ongoing pilot OECS Labour Force Survey.

St. George's, Grenada -- Aug. 12, 2010 -- Grenada is to receive about EC$5 million as part of a grant package from Libya to Eastern Caribbean countries.

Castries -- Aug. 9, 2010-The OECS Export Development Unit, OECS EDU says at least One Hundred and Seventy-five companies across the nine members grouping are to benefit from an ongoing series of National Training Programmes.

Castries, Aug. 4, 2010 -- OECS Member States are being urged to develop a more effective Management Information System to help ensure that the proactive and other efforts to improve the lives of the most vulnerable persons in the Eastern Caribbean are effective.

Prime Ministers, Chief Ministers and Ministers for Finance of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) held a roundtable consultation Friday, 25 June 2010 with the Deputy Managing Director, Mr Murilo Portugal and staff of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), at the ECCB Headquarters in St Kitts and Nevis.
