Ann Phelan formerly a school counselor devotes her time to creating vacation packages for Caribbean bound clients. In her free time she volunteers running sporting events on the island of Bonaire. She is a windsurf enthusiast, free lance writes and enjoys spending her free time with her enthusiastic fun loving 16 year old, her 85 year young Mom and her 2 cats and 2 dogs. Ann is a US and Irish citizen and lives to travel.

These special weeks catering to solo travelers will run for the fourth consecutive year on this Dutch Caribbean island.
