Former Senior Editor with the Caribbean News Agency (Cana) Hallam Hope runs consultancies in Marketing/Pulic Relations and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for international, regional and Barbados clients. Hallam has been trained at Reuters, the Financial Times, London School of Journalism, Indian Institute of Mass Communication in New Delhi and the Univeristy of the West Indies (UWI) at Mona, Jamaica. A researcher and independent writer, Hallam has an M.A in Communications Policy.
