(CEF) awarded the Vernice Stubbs Higher Education Sustaining Scholarship to four brilliant and ambitious students who are matriculating at the University of the West Indies (UWI) and University of Technology (UTECH) in Jamaica. The scholarships total $180,000 Jamaican dollars.
