Port-of-Spain - Feb. 26, 2015 -Trinidad and Tobago last week signed another important agreement which could also be quite beneficial to the country. Signatories were Planning and Sustainable Development Minister Dr Bhoe Tewarie for Trinidad and Tobago, while Luis Alberto Moreno, President of the Inter-American development Bank (IDB) signed for that institution.It is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the IDB for the establishment of a Multi Donor Energy Facility for Caribbean Sustainability, an issue that has been discussed between both parties for the past 18 months.
