St. George's, Grenada --- 7 Dec. 2006 --- The greatest
sailing party ever to be held in the Caribbean will be hosted next year by Port
Louis Grenada,
new sponsors of the La Source Grenada Sailing Festival. According to Port and
Marina Developer Danny Donelan, Port Louis Grenada
plans to create a unique entertainment event to add a new dimension to the
sailing festival.
Donelan further stated that promotion and development
of Grenada as a tourism
destination is one of the main priorities of Port Louis
Grenada. "By
adding this grand event to the festival, the attractiveness of the
festival and the country will be enhanced. Port Louis
Grenada will continue to
look for new and innovative ways to market the Port Louis
development and indeed Grenada,"
Donelan noted.
The Port Louis Grenada sponsorship will also include
the financing of the keel boat race which will now be renamed the
Port Louis Grenada South Coast Ocean Triangle Series.
