times in the United States, our country is deepening its commitment to
the Caribbean Basin Security Initiative with $77 million in funding for
fiscal year 2011. That is an increase of more than 70 percent over the
previous year. Security is a core concern for all of us, and the United
States is honored to support your efforts.
