Antigua and Barbuda to Host Special Meeting of OECS Authority

March 18, 2011 - Today Friday 18th March, 2011 Heads of Government of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States will converge in Antigua and Barbuda at the Office of the Prime Minister for a Special Meeting of the OECS Authority.
The Meeting will be chaired by Chairman of the Authority, Prime Minister of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dr. the Hon. Denzil Douglas and will address future staff and skill requirements at the OECS Commission, Resources deployed in Overseas Mission and Financing of OECS Economic Union Organs.
The Meeting will commence at 10 a.m. Media houses are therefore asked to cover brief opening remarks by Chairman the Hon. Denzil Douglas and attend a press conference to be held at the conclusion of the Special Meeting at 4 p.m.
