AirTran Airways Announces Seasonal Service to the Beautiful Beaches of Bermuda

San Jose, Costa Rica, Dec. 7, 2010 -- Today
at Network Latin America 2010, AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran
Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), announced new nonstop, seasonal service to
L.F. Wade International Airport in Bermuda, from Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Bermuda marks the latest destination in AirTran's extensive international route network which includes: Aruba; Cancun, Mexico; Montego Bay, Jamaica; Nassau, Bahamas; and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Nonstop flights to Bermuda will be available daily from Baltimore/Washington beginning April 7, 2011, through October 24, 2011, while daily service from Atlanta to Bermuda will begin on May 26, 2011, through September 6, 2011.
"Bermuda is delighted to welcome new air services from AirTran. With such strong business, cultural and educational ties with both Atlanta
and the Baltimore-Washington area, the introduction of these two new
flights brings with it a choice in direct air service along with added
seats at lower fares," said Bermuda's Minister of Transport, the Honourable Terry Lister.
"And given AirTran's proven track record of entering new markets and
succeeding, this will undoubtedly bring about additional visitors to
our shores. We look forward to a long standing relationship with
AirTran."
Connections to Bermuda will be available from more than 45 cities throughout the AirTran Airways network via Baltimore/Washington and Atlanta including: New York, Boston, Orlando, Milwaukee and dozens of others.

world-renowned beaches and activities of some of the most popular
