Aug. 27, 2010 -- As Minister of Justice, I am pleased to report that, by
commencement order which has been officially gazetted, the Proceeds of Crime
Regulations (Supervision and Enforcement) Amendment Act 2010 has today been
brought into effect. This Act made amendments to the following pieces of
legislation: Proceeds of Crime Regulations (Supervision and Enforcement)
Act 2008 (SEA); Bermuda Bar Act 1974 (Bar
Act); Institute
of Chartered Accountants
