Kingstown - March 18, 2010 -- The Dr.
Ralph Gonsalves-led ULP administration successfully used its two-thirds
majority in Parliament on Thursday, March 4, to ensure the passage of
a Bill that raises the number of electoral seats in St. Vincent and the
Grenadines from 15 to 17.
