May 3, 2009 -- A High Court in the United Kingdom has refused an application made by
former Premier Hon. Dr. Michael Misick who challenged the decision by
the British Government to suspend parts of the Turks and Caicos Islands
Constitution. The decision was handed down in the High Court of
Justice Queen’s Bench Division Administrative Court today Friday May 1,
2009.
