Cheyenne, Wyo. -- August 5, 2008 -- Amelot Oil Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amelot Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMHD), is pleased to announce that the draft proposal for the St. Thomas Parish Ambassador's Program has been officially submitted.

Amelot Oil's proposal to focus on securing cooking oil for biodiesel production in the parish of St. Thomas has been submitted and is currently under review by the Parish Project's committee members. The official proposal breaks down Amelot's plan to collect, recycle, and redistribute the Island's used cooking oil, converting the yellow oil into biodiesel fuel. Committee members will be meeting to review and vote on the proposal in the coming weeks.

In further company news, Amelot Oil is pleased to announce that its new biodiesel processor cleared customs last Friday. Gregory Hawkins, Business Development Manager for Amelot Oil, arrived in Barbados on Saturday to assist with the official start up of operations. The equipment is now set up for trial runs, and biodiesel production will begin today.

"This is a big step for the Barbados Project," stated Aziz Hirji, President of Amelot Holdings, Inc. "Our plan is to get the St. Thomas Parish project up and running smoothly so it can serve our business model. The goal is to expand our collection system to every parish on the island. We are all very excited about the trial runs getting underway. The sooner we can work out all the kinks, the sooner Amelot Oil can begin to play a major role in the island's Green Initiative."
