Ann Phelan formerly a school counselor devotes her time to creating vacation packages for Caribbean bound clients. In her free time she volunteers running sporting events on the island of Bonaire. She is a windsurf enthusiast, free lance writes and enjoys spending her free time with her enthusiastic fun loving 16 year old, her 85 year young Mom and her 2 cats and 2 dogs. July 29, 2008 -- Bonaire, one of the world’s best windsurf destinations is proud to host the 4th Annual Starboard Pro Kids Worlds. Having started one of the Caribbean’s first kids only windsurf teams Bonaire is the perfect location to host a kids sailing event. Designated as the Freestyle Finals location, Bonaire welcomes all to the island during the event slated for July 27- Aug. 3.
