July 16, 2008 -- A new resort on Diver's Paradise Bonaire will open its doors in just a few days on August 1, 2008: Waterlands Village. Not 'just a name'! The resort is located on a private lagoon with an open channel directly to the Caribbean Sea. No name that could get it any better.

A new resort on Diver's Paradise Bonaire will open its doors in just a few days on August 1: Waterlands Village. Not 'just a name'! The resort is located on a private lagoon with open channel directly to the Caribbean Sea. No name that could get it any better.
A preview: this intimate, friendly and fun resort consists of 24 cottages inspired on Indonesian architecture, many located right on the waterfront and with surprising details like a beautiful outside shower area. Lush tropical gardens around, surrounding beach, tropical swimming pool and sundecks, 7 private docks. Waterlands Village is located near the peaceful 'capital' Kralendijk.
The resort is fully equiped for divers and located very close to the island's dive and snorkel spots (that's basically anywhere on Bonaire), windsurfer's paradise Lac Bay and 'Atlantis' kitesurfing beach. Of course it is also very much allowed at Waterlands Village to do just nothing and relax...
They have an 'opening offer' for everyone making a booking of minimum 7 nights arriving between August 1 and December 1, 2008 ~ a 50% discount (that is half the price, yes..) over the already attractive car rental rates. Taxes are included, insurance is optional at own expense.
