It's obvious. There will also be fees for the services of the promoting agent, fees associated with the real estate closing, insurance, and taxes on the land.

Still all true, Eco agriculture (Organic) is a very profitable business. The local islands themselves being the main customers.
Dominica is the island that is best suited to the project. |
