July 27, 2007 -- The most international ICT event ever to be held in the Caribbean is taking place between the 24th & 26th September 2007 at The Ritz Carlton, Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica and is being organised by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation (CTO).

The CTO's 5th Annual Forum will focus upon convergence and the development of NGN's to facilitate ICT convergence.CTO members and senior level industry stakeholders from the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia will be there to listen and discuss how policy, regulation, and technology will effect development. Stakeholders from all over the Caribbean, and indeed the Commonwealth, are encouraged to attend to take advantage of:
