Roles of Public and Private Sectors to be discussed
The CTO's 5th Annual Forum will focus upon
convergence and the development of NGN's to facilitate ICT convergence.CTO members and senior level industry stakeholders from the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia
will be there to listen and discuss how policy, regulation, and technology will
effect development. Stakeholders from all over the Caribbean,
and indeed the Commonwealth, are encouraged to attend to take advantage of:

Participants will be among an excellent cross section of the Commonwealth and international ICT market and have the opportunity to delve into the core issues surrounding what many experts see as the biggest change in the sector since liberalisation. It is essential for the ICT industry in the Caribbean that this wide range of stakeholders are brought together at this stage, so that issues such as the role of the Public and Private sectors can be discussed and analysed.
